I’m the numbers nerd and enjoy working with the many different people we help each year. I enjoy the challenge of creatively solving problems for people. Cheyenne has been home for me and my family since 2009, and I work hard to positively impact my community through board and volunteer involvement with recent service to the Boys and Girls Club of Cheyenne, CASA of Laramie County, Cheyenne LEAD’s, Arts Cheyenne, Scottish Rite Childhood Language Clinic, Cheyenne Depot Museum, and many more. As an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker the Property Exchange, I also help with selling our homes once renovated.

With my background in the electrical industry, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge in both remodeling and flipping- having flipped homes myself as well as overseen crews to carry out full renovations. I’m continuously expanding my expertise and am a CCIM Candidate, which enhances my ability to analyze real estate not just from a construction standpoint but from an investment one as well. In my free time I’m usually pushing limits at the gym, exploring local food spots with my wife and our three daughters.

Meet Corey Lynn

The first question people ask is “Who is Lynn?”

When I started the company I was hesitant to use my first name, so we decided to use my middle name and make her into a cartoon..who knew that would be so confusing! No worries, I answer to both Lynn and Corey! I am a 4th generation Cheyennite. I ended a 23 year career at the Wyoming Military Department transitioning to an entirely new career in home renovation. One of the many first houses renovated was my grandparent’s house located on Warren Avenue. Renovating this very special home from uninhabitable (no working bathrooms) to beautiful, solidified that this process is only a little about houses and a lot about loving people. I consider my greatest strength my compassion and concern for people. I am proud of my daughter, Bailey and Son-in-Law Brentton, who also call Cheyenne their home and actually live in one of our favorite renovated homes!
